Greg’s Famous "Smokin’ Saddle" Chili
Brown and drain 1 # of ground beef
3 cans of diced or stewed tomatoes
1 can of condensed mushroom soup
1 can of whole kernel corn
1 diced onion
1 diced green pepper
2 or 3 beef bouillon cubes
1 packet of chili mix (Old El Paso or Ortega)
2 cups of water
Add sliced jalapeno peppers for heat and flavor to taste......it’s your saddle!
Combine ingredients in slow cooker and cook 4 – 6 hours.
